Land Development Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Land Development Engineer to join our team. You will develop your career in land development and infrastructure design, supported by senior engineers while gaining practical on-the-job training.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Civil and stormwater design using software such as Civil 3D (training provided).
  • Assisting with modelling and drafting for subdivision and infrastructure projects.
  • Supporting project delivery from concept through to construction.
  • Working closely with senior engineers, clients, and local councils.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or close to completion).
  • A genuine interest in land development and subdivision design.
  • Familiarity with Civil 3D or DRAINS (advantageous but not essential).
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • A proactive approach and willingness to learn from senior mentors.
