Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to spearhead our energy efficiency and decarbonisation initiatives.

This is a key role that requires a deep understanding of energy efficiency or environmental policy frameworks, with the ability to interpret and explain policies and compliance requirements in a clear, actionable way.

Responsibilities include:

  • Pursuing and securing new business partnerships through strategic development and growth.
  • Nurturing and maintaining existing client relationships to drive long-term value and loyalty.
  • Acting as an expert on environmental certificate schemes for installation partners, adapting to evolving policies and regulations.

Requirements include:

  • Proven experience in account management, preferably within state-based certificate programs.
  • Strong business development skills, with a proven track record of success.
  • Previous experience working with Accredited Certificate Providers (ACPs) and a deep understanding of energy efficiency or environmental policy frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
