**Job Overview**

We are seeking a skilled Food & Beverage Team Member to join our team in Perth. As a key contributor, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our venue.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a passion for providing outstanding service. Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to queries and resolving issues efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements:**

  • Valid RSA certification (front-of-house positions only)
  • RSG/RCG certification (Gaming attendants only)
  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
