Theatre Hospitality Team Member

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused team members to join our vibrant Theatre Food & Beverage team.

Our theatre venues offer a unique and dynamic work environment, with the opportunity to work across multiple sites and events.

This is an excellent chance to grow your experience in a fast-paced environment and be part of a passionate team that shares a love for the arts and exceptional service.

About The Role
  • Welcome guests with warm, professional service before shows and during intermissions
  • Serve drinks, snacks, and light meals with flair and efficiency
  • Operate POS systems and handle cash/card transactions
  • Maintain clean, tidy, and beautifully presented service areas
  • Assist with stock replenishment and inventory checks
  • Work closely with a supportive team to keep things running smoothly during busy show nights
Key Requirements
  • A friendly, can-do attitude and great communication skills
  • Police Clearance (essential)
  • Valid RSA Certificate (essential)
  • Food Handlers Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
  • Some customer service or hospitality experience preferred – but we're happy to train the right people
