Food and Beverage Team Member Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Food and Beverage Team Member to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences in various food and beverage outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide flexible service across multiple food and beverage venues.
  • Ensure that every meal is memorable by serving high standards with signature flair.
  • Prepare and serve drinks to a high standard and promote offers to guests.
  • Handle cash and credit transactions efficiently.
  • Maintain exceptional cleanliness standards across all work areas and equipment.
  • Minimise waste and report any safety incidents or low supplies to supervisors.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent timekeeping and reliability.
  • Good reading, writing and basic maths skills.
  • Availability to work rotating rosters up to 38 hours per week if needed.
  • Compliance with local laws on food handling and serving alcohol.
