Sales Director for Electrical Solutions

As a Sales Director for Electrical Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and training our Australian sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to identify end-users and track opportunities within the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will lead sales management initiatives in the electrical business, working closely with the Australian sales teams to explore new business opportunities. You will also conduct demonstrations and training sessions, as well as meet sales targets and objectives.
Your Profile:
  • Effective relationship-building skills are essential, as you will focus on meeting customer needs and building trust. You will offer tool solutions that drive customer safety and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of five years' managerial experience, with a proven successful track record
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, refined through interacting with large corporates
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Electrical Engineering experience and solution selling are highly desirable
  • Knowledge and experience in the energy markets
