  • Develop and execute comprehensive pricing strategies for Merchant Services, considering both Merchant Services profitability and the overall NAB relationship value.
  • Support and manage analysis of the competitive environment to identify opportunities for pricing optimization and differentiation.
  • Ensure the delivery of robust end-to-end pricing processes and controls, aligning with NAB's internal standards, including pricing frameworks, governance, and modelling.
  • Collaborate with domain, sales, operations, and finance teams to align pricing models, decisions, and changes with business objectives.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in banking ideally in a pricing or product management function.
  • Proven track record of delivery with attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and stakeholder management.
  • Understanding of regulatory, risk, and compliance environments in banking/finance.
  • Business financial acumen.
