Job Description
You will be responsible for providing expert medical assessment and management of patients requesting access to Voluntary Assisted Dying. This role will involve working as part of a multi-disciplinary team to ensure that patients receive the highest standard of care.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- MBBS or equivalent qualification;
- Fellowship of a recognised Australasian Specialist College or recognition as a specialist by the Medical Board of Australia;
- Current registration with the Medical Board of Australia;
- Demonstrated strong communication and teamwork skills;
- Sound knowledge of clinical quality and patient safety;
- Commitment to continuing self-education and professional development.
