Job Opportunity
The Royal Hospital for Women is a leading healthcare institution, renowned for its expertise in maternity and women's health services.
This is an exciting chance to work in a dynamic environment that fosters collaboration and knowledge-sharing across specialties.
The Role:
- Nurse Manager Workforce Performance and Development coordinates the recruitment of nursing, midwifery, and frontline clerical staff for the Nursing & Midwifery Divisions.
- Ensures contemporary human resource practices are utilised to maintain an appropriately skilled workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinates recruitment of permanent, temporary, and casual staff.
- Ensures appropriate documentation and registration are obtained and maintained.
- Works closely with the Director of Nursing & Midwifery Services and Clinical Co-Directors.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse and/or Registered Midwife with current Registration with APHRA.
- Post graduate management qualification or extensive clinical and management experience.
- Demonstrated effective communication and computer literacy skills.
