Job Opportunity

The Royal Hospital for Women is a leading healthcare institution, renowned for its expertise in maternity and women's health services.

The Role:

  • Nurse Manager Workforce Performance and Development coordinates the recruitment of nursing, midwifery, and frontline clerical staff for the Nursing & Midwifery Divisions.
  • Ensures contemporary human resource practices are utilised to maintain an appropriately skilled workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates recruitment of permanent, temporary, and casual staff.
  • Ensures appropriate documentation and registration are obtained and maintained.
  • Works closely with the Director of Nursing & Midwifery Services and Clinical Co-Directors.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse and/or Registered Midwife with current Registration with APHRA.
  • Post graduate management qualification or extensive clinical and management experience.
  • Demonstrated effective communication and computer literacy skills.
