The OpportunityLeverage your expertise in water infrastructure projects and leadership to take ownership of a newly created position with our client, a successful multidisciplinary consultancy. Play a key role in the growth trajectory of the water division, supported by a highly experienced technical team and proactive leadership group.
Our client has a solid pipeline of major infrastructure projects nationally, offering the opportunity to expand the water discipline and team in Brisbane.
Responsibilities- Plan and design water infrastructure projects, including pipelines, pumping stations, dams, and other water infrastructure facilities.
- Deliver a growing portfolio of crucial infrastructure projects.
- Lead and run own projects.
- Conduct site visits and client liaisons.
We are seeking a candidate with:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 6 years' experience, preferably with business development acumen.
- 12D Civil/Civil 3D experience in civil engineering and detail design work.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders, clients, and project teams.
- The ability to positively impact team and organisational culture.
- Self-management skills.
- Previous experience working for a tier one consultancy is advantageous.
