About the Role:- Drive strategic workforce planning and cultural transformation across one of Queensland's most dynamic health services.
- Deliver long-term system-wide impact through inclusive, people-focused leadership.
The successful candidate will bring extensive senior leadership experience in people strategy, HR operations, and organisational culture, ideally within government, health or other complex regulated environments. They will demonstrate a sophisticated ability to build relationships with clinicians, regulators, and stakeholders, while leading transformative change programs that align with values of equity, excellence, and patient-centred care.
