This is an exciting opportunity to work with us in a fast-paced environment, coordinating and planning corporate and social events. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that all events are coordinated and delivered in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner.

  3. Coordinating and planning events from start to finish, including venue selection, catering, and logistics;">
  4. Managing event budgets and financial reporting;">
  5. Collaborating with Operations teams to ensure seamless event execution;">
  6. Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.">

  • ">
  • Minimum 1 year's experience in a similar role;">
  • Excellent client management and relationship development skills;">
  • Operational mindset for event planning, client and supplier management, and post-event administration;">
  • Strong financial understanding of sales reporting and budgeting;">
  • Ability to plan and implement sales strategies and business development plans;">
  • High-level industry knowledge and understanding of market trends and competitors;">
  • Passion for high-quality food, beverage, and service;">
  • Excellent communication skills with an outgoing and dynamic personality;">
  • Self-motivation with strong organizational and time management skills;">
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and events management software.">
