About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team at LDK Seniors' Living in North Turramurra. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in creating a warm and welcoming environment for all residents and guests
  • Prepare and serve high-quality food and beverages in a professional and friendly manner
  • Assist with café and food preparation, including taking orders, processing payments, and serving food and coffee
  • Familiarize yourself with our food and beverage offerings
  • Ensure the dining areas are clean and well-presented
  • Perform end-of-day sales and till procedures
Requirements
  • Previous food and beverage experience
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
  • Food Safety Certificate
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work as part of a team
  • Courteous and pleasant attitude towards residents, guests, and colleagues
  • Ability to work proactively and unsupervised
