About the Role:


This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team at Next Gen Health & Lifestyle Clubs as a Food & Beverage Attendant.


As a key member of our cafe team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Food & Beverage Supervisor in maintaining high standards of customer service and food quality;
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to our members and guests;
  • Manage cash handling and maintain accurate records;
  • Provide outstanding customer service and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner;
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve business objectives;

About You:

  • You have extensive experience in food and beverage service;
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • You are able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines;
  • You are committed to maintaining high standards of customer service and quality;
  • You are available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays;
