We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead and manage the admissions team, ensuring efficient, accurate, and timely processing across all program types and student cohorts.

  • Lead and manage the admissions team to deliver exceptional service to students and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support strategic enrolment goals and enhance the applicant experience
  • Monitor performance metrics, manage complex cases, and drive continuous improvement in admissions processes
  • Foster a high-performing team through training, guidance, and a strong focus on customer service excellence
About You
  • You are a confident and experienced leader with a strong understanding of university admissions and a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • You have a background in managing administrative functions in higher education or a similar environment, bringing both strategic insight and operational expertise to the role
  • You possess excellent leadership skills, with a track record of building high-performing teams and fostering a culture of service excellence
  • You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
  • You are an analytical and problem-solving individual, with experience using data to drive improvements and inform decision-making

The salary for this position commences at $112,811.36 per annum, plus 12% superannuation.
