Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and organised individual to support our Senior Property Manager with operational tasks including leasing and management of rental properties documentation maintenance and repairs.

This role is ideal for someone new to property management or looking for a supportive environment to grow their skills and experience.

We offer industry-leading training and the opportunity to develop a portfolio of properties with a manageable caseload of 100+15 properties per property manager.

In this role you will work with our team to provide excellent customer service respond to general enquiries and prepare rental lists and website content.

The successful candidate will have a passion for real estate and a desire to learn and grow in this exciting opportunity.

Requirements

A current South Australian Property Managers license and SA driver's license are required.

You will also need strong organisational and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to use various software applications including IRE's ROL Rentals and PropertyMe.
