**Heavy Diesel Technician Opportunity**

We are seeking an experienced Heavy Diesel Technician to join our team in Western Australia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ongoing maintenance and optimization of our heavy earthmoving fleet, working safely and adhering to relevant HSE policy and procedures.

Key responsibilities:

  • Ongoing maintenance and optimisation of Emeco's heavy earthmoving fleet (CAT, Hitachi, Komatsu and Liebherr machines)
  • Working safely and adhering to relevant HSE policy and procedures to minimise the risk of injury to yourself and others
  • Ensuring all maintenance and optimisation targets are met on time and within budget
  • Working with customers and stakeholders to meet larger organisational objectives

Requirements:

  • Must have full working rights within Australia
  • Proven post-trade experience with heavy earthmoving equipment; namely Caterpillar, Komatsu, and Hitachi
  • Recognised National Heavy Diesel Mechanic / Fitter Trade Qualification
  • High level of understanding of maintenance and reliability principles
  • Hold a current Australian Driver's License (HR is preferable)
  • High risk licence (is preferable) but we also offer in-house training
