Grosvenor Engineering Group is a trusted building services partner to leading property portfolios across ANZ. Our team of specialist engineers, technicians, project managers, estimators, site personnel and service specialists support our clients with expert knowledge and dedication.
We are currently seeking a National Operations Administrator for our National Operations Centre based in Moorebank, NSW. This role involves receiving, updating and managing client work orders via various channels. You will liaise with internal and external stakeholders regarding status and change of work order requests, efficiently raising work orders in accordance with order type and job priority.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, update and manage client work orders.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders regarding work order requests.
- Raise work orders efficiently according to order type and job priority.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will possess exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. You should have strong organisational and administration skills, as well as efficient time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks. Additionally, you must be able to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
