Seeking an experienced professional for a key role in the delivery of building services.

The primary responsibilities include undertaking preliminary assessments, lodging and/or processing various requests related to commercial and residential structures. Successful applicants will possess:

  • A Certificate IV or above in Business Administration or equivalent work experience.
  • Working knowledge of Building Services Legislation and the Building approval process.
  • Demonstrated skills and experience in customer service and administration.
  • Experience working in a busy, demanding, and time-sensitive environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and record management systems such as ECM, database platforms, and aerial mapping systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret building information including plans, technical documents, legal documents, and referrals.
  • COVID-19 and Flu Vaccination (Workers) encouraged.
  • A current 'C' Class Driver's License.
  • A satisfactory National Police Certificate is required.

The successful applicant will enjoy a competitive salary range from $64,952.36 - $76,551.00 per annum, depending on their skills and experience.
