Equipment Maintenance Specialist

A leading national manufacturer is seeking a skilled Equipment Maintenance Specialist to oversee the upkeep of equipment at their site.
The successful candidate will operate, set up, and adjust production machinery as required, utilising power tools and equipment, perform engineering maintenance, and collaborate with other members of management and manufacturing to ensure efficient maintenance practices.
- Lubrication of production equipment to ensure safe use and prevent breakdowns.
- Validation of processes on plant and equipment to established standards.
- Identification of critical control points and preventive measures.
- Study of drawings and specifications to determine suitable materials, methods, and sequences of operations.
The ideal candidate will possess experience working in a maintenance role in a similar organisation, a Certificate III in Engineering - Mechanical Trade or equivalent qualification, and three years of experience in a like role.
Candidates will be trained on the job and become part of an organisation that values safety, teamwork, and reliability.
