The Assistant Centre Director & Educational Leader plays a pivotal role in guiding educators, ensuring effective implementation of the planning cycle, and leading educational program development.
- Promote collaborative practices among educators to enhance teaching methodologies
- Support educators in implementing the planning cycle to improve service delivery
- Develop and implement high-quality educational programs within the centre
- Ensure all learning is aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework
- Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and respectful behaviour
Key Requirements:
- Acecqa-approved diploma or bachelor's degree in early childhood education
- Previous experience in a similar role advantageous
- Current working with children check certification
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Proficient computer skills
- Current first aid and anaphylaxis training certifications
