Family Case Worker

We are seeking a highly skilled Child and Family Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team of social workers and case managers.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in delivering child protection services to vulnerable families, with a strong focus on building resilience and reducing risks. Key responsibilities will include undertaking initial assessments, developing case plans, and working closely with other stakeholders to ensure a holistic approach to case work.
- Foster strong relationships with families to build trust and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement effective case plans that address the unique needs of each family.
- Collaborate with other professionals, including education and health specialists, to ensure a comprehensive approach to case work.
Requirements include at least 4 years of experience in child protection, excellent IT skills, and the ability to work unsupervised. A relevant degree qualification and current driver's license are also essential.
