Claims Consultant Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Consultant to join our team in Brisbane. As a Claims Consultant, you will be responsible for managing motor fleet claim files, including claims assessment, investigation, and resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage motor fleet claim files, including claims assessment, investigation, and resolution
  • Liaise with clients, claimants, and service providers
  • Provide analysis of claims as required
  • Prepare necessary correspondence to advance/resolve claims
  • Regularly review and update claims information as required

Requirements:

  • Motor claims management experience viewed favourably
  • Advanced Excel and Word skills
  • Excellent communication skills, including oral and written
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills
  • Highly demonstrated team ethic, orientation and awareness
  • Ability to be a self-starter and be self-motivated
  • Ability to produce a high standard of work, demonstrating accuracy and attention to detail
