Senior Childcare Leader

We are seeking a passionate and experienced professional to lead our childcare team. As a Senior Childcare Leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational environment for children, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork within the organization.

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with a strong ability to inspire and motivate others. They will have a proven track record of achieving outstanding results through innovative approaches and effective problem-solving.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide coaching and guidance to educators to enhance their teaching practices
  • Develop and maintain relationships with school representatives, children, and families through exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Requirements:
  • Certificate III or Diploma in Childhood Education is required
  • Previous leadership experience is highly desirable
  • Experience in managing compliance and administrative requirements is essential
  • A creative and energetic approach to leading a team is necessary
  • Valid compliance certificates (e.g. WWCC, Child Protection) are mandatory
