Your Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the beverage program of the restaurant, emphasizing a curated 200-bottle wine list.
  • Maintain and supervise a 2,000-bottle cellar, with a strong emphasis on Burgundy wines.
  • Engage with patrons to share your enthusiasm for wine and create memorable dining experiences.
  • Manage inventory, curate the wine list, and uphold high service standards.
  • Actively participate in service during operational hours.
  • Designated time for administrative responsibilities.

What You Need:

  • Previous experience as a Sommelier or Head Sommelier in a fine dining setting.
  • In-depth knowledge of Burgundy wines and a genuine passion for wine.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to guide and inspire a team.
  • Proficiency in point-of-sale systems, inventory management, and administrative tasks.
  • CMS certification or equivalent is highly regarded.
  • A sincere commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences and advancing your career.
