  • Assist with troubleshooting and resolving video conferencing software issues.">
  • Support virtual events and ensure that all multimedia/presentation rooms are maintained in good working order.">

  2. Video/Audio Conferencing">
    1. ">
    2. Set up and support video/audio conferencing equipment.">
    3. Situate certification of all new and relocated video conference systems.">
    4. Carry out video conference software maintenance.">
    5. Resolve video conferencing software issues.">
    6. Support virtual events.">

  3. General AV Meeting Room Support">
    1. ">
    2. Maintain all multimedia/presentation rooms in good working order.">
    3. Set up and support AV equipment.">
    4. Provide presentation/multimedia meeting room support.">
    5. Support multi-media broadcasting.">
    6. Respond promptly to emergency/ad-hoc requests.">

  4. Faults and Room Checks">
    1. ">
    2. Conduct regular preventative room checks to ensure all equipment functions correctly.">
    3. Report faults in a timely manner.">
    4. Ensure all AV equipment is functioning correctly at all times.">
    5. Assist with first-line fault repairs.">
    6. Perform power down/up when required.">
