Scientific Laboratory Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage our laboratory operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities- Manage laboratory operations, including staff supervision and workflow coordination
- Ensure adherence to NATA's requirements, Australian standards, and local road authorities
- Develop and implement strategies to improve laboratory efficiency and effectiveness
- Bachelor in engineering or Advanced Diploma in Civil Engineering, Engineering Geology, or related qualification
- Minimum of 5 years full-time experience in construction materials testing
- Strong knowledge of NATA's requirements, Australian standards, and local road authorities
