Job Title: Customer Experience Specialist Trainee

This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships through effective communication, product knowledge, and interpersonal skills.

About the Job

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will learn and develop key responsibilities to deliver outstanding service. Your goal is to help position Trivett Automotive Retail as Australia's most customer-focused automotive retailer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop product knowledge to deliver informative demonstrations and explain features and benefits clearly to customers.
  • Build strong customer relationships using interpersonal skills, clarifying questions, and anticipating needs.
  • Provide high-quality in-store customer service, assisting with vehicle, aftermarket, and finance-related queries.
  • Attend customer appointments, support test drives, and assist with vehicle delivery and handover.
  • Prepare and process sales contracts, trade-in documentation, and maintain accurate records in Salesforce and the DMS.
  • Support customer satisfaction goals, follow up post-delivery, and assist with valuations and other duties as required.
Requirements
  • Strong interest or background in sales, retail, or the automotive industry, with exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and digital platforms, with strong multitasking, problem-solving, and organisational abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to different customer needs, deliver excellent experiences, and maintain professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
