Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Veterinary Nurse to join our team on a part-time, 12-month contract. This remote-based opportunity provides the ideal balance of work-life flexibility and industry pace.

As a Veterinary Nurse with Greencross clinics, you will provide general advice, book appointments, and triage calls on behalf of our clients. You will also manage online bookings, respond to website inquiries, and handle client reminders.

This role is perfect for those who thrive in fast-paced environments and remain calm under pressure. If you have a passion for customer service, clinical experience, and are confident in making accurate triage decisions, we would love to hear from you.

The successful candidate will be highly organized, have excellent communication skills, and be able to follow detailed processes with a high level of attention to detail. They will also be self-motivated, happy working independently, and have a strong working knowledge of RxWorks.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide general advice and book appointments on behalf of clients
  • Triage calls and manage online bookings

Requirements:
  • Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of clinical experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
