Job Title: Professional Care Provider

We are seeking a qualified and compassionate individual to provide high-quality care services to our residents.

As a professional in this field, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our residents by delivering personalized care plans that promote independence, dignity and well-being.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing and monitoring the care of residents with empathy and understanding
  • Using a systematic approach to clinical decision-making and problem-solving
  • Developing therapeutic relationships built on trust and respect
  • Collaborating with the healthcare team to achieve resident outcomes and improve overall quality of care

You will work collaboratively with our experienced healthcare professionals to deliver individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Previous experience as a registered nurse or healthcare professional
  • Relevant qualifications and current registration with AHPRA
  • Valid working rights in Australia (passport, birth certificate etc)
  • A police check (valid within the last 3 years) and evidence of COVID-19 vaccinations in line with current requirements
