About The Position

As a frontline care provider, you will deliver high-quality person-centred care to clients in the community, ensuring a safe environment and applying your clinical skills to enhance their quality of life through activities that include:

  • Assessing individual needs and developing tailored care plans
  • Considering physical, social and psychological factors
  • Creating and updating care plans to reflect evolving requirements
  • Maintaining compliance with clinical quality standards
  • Collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary team members

You will spend most of your time on the road, completing scheduled community visits. We encourage our team members to be proactive, flexible and enjoy themselves while contributing to our success.

Key Responsibilities

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Full registration as a Registered Nurse and unlimited work entitlements
  • General nursing experience post-registration
  • Exceptional communication and clinical problem-solving skills
  • A current Australian Driver's Licence (Green Provisional minimum)
  • A reliable and insured vehicle to use for work
  • Confidence in managing your time effectively, including an ability to work autonomously
