Clinical Mental Health Practitioner

Better Place Australia is a leading not-for-profit organisation dedicated to providing high-quality mental health services to vulnerable families and children. We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Mental Health Practitioner to join our Family Mental Health Support Service (FMHSS) team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide intensive, long-term early intervention case management support to families and children at risk of developing mental illness.
- Develop and implement targeted psychoeducational group work programs to promote mental health and well-being.
- Conduct community outreach and mental health promotion activities to engage with local communities and promote our services.
- Diploma of Community Services or equivalent qualification in a related field.
- Professional experience in mental health, with a focus on family and youth services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality services.
