Job Description

The role of Customer Support Specialist involves providing front-line support to customers via various channels.

This includes collaborating with internal teams to contribute to product training courses and documentation, as well as providing general admin and user support to the broader Sales and Customer Experience teams.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving continuous awareness, engagement, and process improvement across the organization.

About The Role:

  • Customer-Focused Support: Provide solution-focused support to customers, including teachers, students, and school staff.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with Customer Success and Sales teams to drive product training and documentation.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to enhance the customer experience.
  • Leadership Support: Collaborate with leadership teams to drive business growth and development.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and leadership teams.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Strong understanding of customer needs and ability to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve complex problems efficiently.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Technical Skills: Experience working with online helpdesk software and Google Suite.
