Occupational Therapist Role - Community Based Service

About the Position

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join a dynamic mobile, community-based service. In this role, you will work with clients in their own homes, providing tailored therapy services to a diverse range of individuals.

  • Visit clients in their homes, assess their needs, and design intervention programs.
  • Conduct assessments for home modifications and assist clients in finding suitable solutions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with support coordinators and equipment suppliers.
  • Write reports to document client progress and outcomes.

About You

  • A Degree in Occupational Therapy with current registration.
  • Experience or interest in providing OT services to adults with disabilities and complex care needs.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills to manage a flexible caseload.
  • Ability to complete autonomous home and community-based assessments and interventions.
  • A reliable car and drivers license to visit clients.
