Empowering Clients in the Community

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team, working with adults and older adults living with physical and cognitive disabilities across Melbourne's Northern & Western Suburbs. Our focus is on delivering care that is empathetic, personal, and built on integrity and excellence.

In this community-based role, you will support clients in their homes and communities, providing services such as:

  • Assistive technology solutions
  • Home modifications to enhance accessibility
  • Functional assessments to identify areas for improvement
  • Capacity building programs to promote independence

Your expertise will enable you to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients, empowering them to live independently, achieve their goals, and age with dignity.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to clients in their homes and communities

• Conduct functional assessments to identify areas for improvement

• Develop and implement individualized plans to promote independence and mobility

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements

• AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist

• VIC Driver's Licence and reliable car

• NDIS experience preferred, but not required

• Familiarity with My Aged Care a bonus
