Job Title: Senior Leadership Position

This is a key role that involves driving business growth by spearheading client engagement in the Financial Services and Consumer industries across NSW.

About the Role
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic sales plans, and nurturing existing client relationships to ensure outstanding customer experience and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Drive business expansion by identifying and pursuing new opportunities in the NSW market, focusing on FS and Consumer verticals.
  2. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
  3. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  4. Utilize data insights to add value to key customers and inform business decisions.
  5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to tailor solutions that meet customer needs.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management.
  • A strong understanding of the recruitment or professional services industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
