About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Technician to join our team at 309 FLSmidth Pty. Ltd. as a FLSmidth onsite and workshop Service Technician.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and be the first point of contact with customers regarding equipment maintenance.
  • Complete service reports and maintain high levels of communication with customers and colleagues.
  • Safely service and repair all FLSmidth pumps in a timely manner and to an OEM standard.
  • Provide photographic reports and recommendations to clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Undertake routine inspections and servicing, attend break-downs, and work to ensure high levels of equipment availability both in the workshop and on customer sites.
Requirements
  • Mechanical trade qualifications are essential.
  • Hands-on experience with the repair, service, and maintenance of Centrifugal pumps, either on Krebs, Warman, or Metso.
  • Previous experience in a field service role.
  • Driver's License is essential.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Good presentation and effective organisational and communication skills.
  • Dedication to safety and compliance.
