About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and mechanically-minded individual to join our team as a Forklift Mechanic/Service Technician. As a key member of our workshop team, you will play a vital role in delivering quality service to our customers and contributing to the company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct scheduled and breakdown services for our customers, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks.
  • Record service notes and file records accurately, providing high-level customer service to resolve material handling needs.
  • Access industry-leading training and development opportunities, including potential training of less experienced technicians in complex service and repair work.
  • Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge, including emerging technologies in automation and telematics.
  • Partner with the company to maximize additional sales and service across a dedicated customer base.
