About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and mechanically-minded individual to join our team as a Workshop Forklift Mechanic/Service Technician. As a key member of our workshop team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality service to our customers, performing scheduled maintenance and safety checks, and ensuring the efficient operation of our equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct customer-focused scheduled and breakdown services, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks.
  • Record notes and file service records accurately, providing a high level of customer service and support.
  • Access industry-leading training and development opportunities, including potential to train less experienced technicians in complex service and repair work.
  • Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge, including emerging technologies in automation and telematics.
  • Partner with the company to maximize additional sales and service across a dedicated customer base.
