Overview

The Facilities Management role at our organization encompasses a wide range of responsibilities. This position requires an individual with exceptional leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to manage teams effectively.

">Responsibilities
  • Oversee contract delivery in all aspects of the Services Agreement to ensure KPIs are met.
  • Monitor and measure Contract Performance by conducting regular assessments and analysis, as well as gathering feedback from customers and sub-contractors.
  • Develop scopes of work and contract documentation for Service Contracts in accordance with procurement procedures.
  • Coordinate maintenance planning and programming for prescribed maintenance, service, and activities in line with tendered obligations and CMMS operations.
  • Manage subcontractors and suppliers to deliver services in accordance with contract requirements and organizational system requirements in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Review maintenance activities for optimal value and Whole-of-Life outcomes.
  • Prepare and obtain approvals for Client works, including variations and additional works as per contract and organizational procedures.
  • Provide technical and management support to clients as required.
  • Ensure risk assessments and job hazard analyses are completed for contract work tasks, and that contractors are managed according to the contractor management program.
">Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale maintenance activities.
  • Strong business acumen with high-level financial knowledge and skills.
  • Ability to work within an integrated services and property model delivering Property Management, Facilities Management, Project Management, and Financial Management Services.
  • Collaborative relationship or alliance contracting experience.
  • Subcontractor procurement and management expertise.
  • Knowledge and experience in using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
  • Trade qualifications in Mechanical or Electrical disciplines, and Post-Trade qualifications in Engineering or related fields.
