Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Controller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing cost-controlled maintenance support to clients while maintaining exceptional product support and service.

The role involves responding promptly to maintenance calls and emails, accessing required work levels with authorized repairers, and providing repair authorizations in line with vehicle contracts.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Drive a customer-centric culture of accountability, engagement, and experience ownership.
  • Manage and control servicing and repair costs for all fleet vehicles.
  • Minimize downtime of vehicles (VOR).
  • Maximize vehicle warranties, including post-warranty support on manufacturers' product problems and premature mechanical repairs.
  • Advise clients on maintenance-related issues covering vehicle contract entitlements and inclusions such as tyre allowance, roadside assistance, and accident management.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Automotive or equivalent.
  • Extensive experience in the motor industry.
  • Experience in customer service roles and/or negotiating with suppliers.
  • Strong technical/numerical skills, shares knowledge, and is thorough and accurate.
