Site Reliability Maintenance Expert

We are seeking a skilled and experienced maintenance professional to join our team as a Site Reliability Maintenance Expert.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our site’s assets by conducting regular inspections, identifying potential issues, and implementing effective maintenance strategies. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine inspections of plant equipment to identify areas requiring maintenance or repair.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance plans to minimize downtime and maximize asset availability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of maintenance activities.
  • Monitor and report on asset conditions, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety protocols and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Mechanical or equivalent trade qualification.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems and technical principles.
