We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales leader to join our global senior management team. This individual will be instrumental in capturing the company's growth opportunity in the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to capture the company's growth opportunity in the APAC market.
  • Manage a team of Sales Directors who directly manage a team of Account Executives (~10 people total).
  • Lead the development of a regional go-to-market strategy to achieve company growth and market share goals.
  • Partner with Marketing and Customer Success leadership to optimize health across all revenue and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Team to advise on strategic initiatives.
  • Recruit, inspire, lead, mentor, motivate, and instill operational rigor into the sales organization.
  • Leverage strong customer relationships to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
