Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned sales professional with 10+ years of quota-carrying experience in high-growth SaaS/technology orgs. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of exceeding targets, strong communication skills, and the ability to coach and mentor members of the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Sales Development, Product, and other interfacing teams to drive success and prioritize resource allocation.
- Lead weekly pipeline meetings and mentor Account Executives on strategies to manage their pipeline, accurately forecast, and attain monthly & quarterly goals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to support revenue targets for the business across the APAC region.
- Monitor teams' sales performance: activity, pipelines, monthly forecasts, and closed-deals to ensure quota attainment.
Requirements
- Proven experience and passion for coaching and mentoring members of the sales team.
- 10+yrs of quota carrying sales experience as an Account Executive + Sales Manager in high growth SaaS/technology orgs with a demonstrated track record of exceeding targets.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience working with Customers and Partners across APAC.
- Successful experience of growing teams and SaaS Start Up experience is preferred.
