About the Role

  • Maintenance Work Instructions: Develop and update maintenance work instructions to standardize processes.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support and advice to team members and project teams, participate in peer reviews, and consult with relevant resources as needed.
  • Improvement Leadership: Lead and implement improvement ideas based on recurring issues to drive business growth.
  • Operational Leadership: Actively provide leadership to operational and maintenance teams, maintaining open lines of communication regarding safety, production, cost, and improvement ideas.
Key Responsibilities
