">The Job
">As the Executive Director of Land Development and Operations, you will oversee and direct our client's daily operations, ensuring alignment with their company mission. Your responsibilities will include formulating and executing strategies to achieve business objectives, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. You will lead and develop a high-performing team, foster a positive and collaborative work culture, and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. The role demands exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills, with the flexibility to travel locally and internationally as required. You'll oversee all operational aspects to ensure profitability, including effectively monitoring and managing operational costs to achieve revenue and profit targets and provide strategic leadership and direction across all departments, promoting a culture of collaboration and excellence. Monitoring industry trends and competitor activities to identify risks and opportunities, and develop strategies, including economic planning and forecasting, to drive growth and success, you'll also ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
">Salary and Benefits
">We are offering a highly competitive salary of approximately $150,000 - $180,000 per annum, plus excellent benefits package, including role flexibility (2 days per week WFH) and opportunities for career development and advancement.

">To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated operational and people leadership experience, with a proven track record in managing large companies, building strategic relationships, and leading high-performing teams. You will have strong financial capabilities, sound literacy in spreadsheets and financial management, and an ability to work effectively in a busy and high-pressure team environment. You will also possess excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a deep understanding of company finances and the ability to make informed decisions. Additionally, you will have a strong business acumen and strategic planning skills, with acute business development and market insight, excellent written and verbal communications skills, and a commitment to environmental and sustainability goals aligning with company objectives.
