Project Manager Opportunity
">We are seeking an experienced project manager to lead and deliver ICT projects within the Australian Government. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing medium-to-large ICT projects, including planning, risk management, change control, and delivery within agreed scope, budget, and timelines.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Lead and manage ICT operations teams, including staff, contractors, and budgets;
- Develop and implement strategies to manage risks and ensure the security and reliability of ICT systems;
- Engage and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives, technical teams, and non-technical staff.
Requirements:
">The successful candidate will possess:
">- Proven project management expertise and experience managing ICT transitions or service integrations within the Australian Government;
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including ability to influence stakeholders at all levels;
- Leadership and team management capabilities, including staff, contractors, and budgets;
- Financial planning and monitoring skills, including implementing strategies to manage risks and ensure the security and reliability of ICT systems.
