Job Summary

We seek an experienced Senior ICT Project Leader to oversee the transition of our federal client's ICT services from an internal arrangement to a shared services model.

This is a full-time position requiring strong technical and managerial skills, with experience working in the public sector.

Key Responsibilities
  1. ICT Strategy Development: Develop a comprehensive ICT strategy that aligns with business goals and objectives.
  2. Transition Management: Oversee and manage the transition of ICT services, ensuring value for money, continuity of services, and implementation of a fit-for-purpose solution.
  3. Stakeholder Engagement: Provide strong advice to stakeholders and collaborate with business leaders to understand technology needs and requirements.
  4. Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships within and between departments, negotiate and manage contracts, and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff.
  5. IT Security: Ensure the security and reliability of IT systems and data, implement strategies to mitigate risks, and protect sensitive information.
  6. Operational Oversight: Oversee day-to-day operations, including staff management, budgets, and resources.

What You'll Need

  • Experience working in the public sector is highly desirable.
