Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Specialist to join our team at Emanate Technology. This is a 12-month contract opportunity for a professional who can drive Agile delivery in a dynamic environment.

About the Role:

You will work as part of Agile Delivery Teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies, building high-performing teams, and delivering impactful ICT transformation projects. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with opportunities to collaborate onsite in major cities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Agile ceremonies using SAFe methodology, ensuring effective sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Provide detailed reporting on sprint and program deliverables to leadership.
  • Manage and prioritise product backlogs, aligning tasks with key deliverables.
  • Identify and resolve delivery impediments, managing risks effectively.
  • Guide teams in Agile principles and SAFe practices.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Mandatory Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master with industry-recognised certifications.
  • Strong understanding of the SAFe methodology, preferably within a government context.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and remain flexible under pressure.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Azure DevOps, MS Suite, and Miro.
  • Australian Citizenship is mandatory, along with a baseline AGSVA security clearance (or the ability to obtain one).
