About the Opportunity

A new role exists within our Milwaukee Retail Activation team. As the Retail Activation Specialist, you will be responsible for leveraging consumer insights to execute in-store pain points, maximize disruptive campaigns, and support new product launches and existing category performance.

The successful candidate will be agile, adaptable, and quick on their feet, working to create strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will be passionate, dedicated, and committed to marketing and communications, with a great attitude that embraces a positive work culture and a healthy work ethic.

Responsibilities
  • In line with commercial objectives, leverage consumer insights to execute in-store pain points, maximize disruptive campaigns, support new product launches and existing category performance to build brand consideration and new user acquisition within our Authorized Retailer network.
  • Execute trade activation priorities aligned to the overarching product category strategy and marketing plan.
  • Develop a sound knowledge and understanding of customers and competitors in the market to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Work within allocated budgets to maximize Milwaukee in-store strategies.
About You
  • Degree qualification in Marketing and/or minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills and execution experience across multiple projects.
  • Client (customer-focused) vision.
  • High attention to detail, organized, and the ability to multitask under pressure working on several campaigns simultaneously.
